Anna
Originally from Roxboro, Anna and her husband, Lance, an Oxford native, have called this area home since 2015. With a lifelong passion for movement and its connection to mental well-being, Anna brings her experience as a former college athlete to her current roles as an elementary physical education teacher and coach.
After becoming a mom in 2020, Anna discovered a renewed passion for encouraging, inspiring, and guiding women in the community toward joyful, healthy lifestyles through exercise and nutrition. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Nutrition Coach.
In Anna's Pilates classes, you’ll find an inviting environment suitable for all levels and a full-body workout focused on deep core strength. She is dedicated to serving others, helping them build confidence, and empowering them to achieve greater strength and well-being.
