Carisa (she/her)
My name is Carisa Stone. Most of the time, I am a mother of 6 wonderful humans - 5 boys and our baby girl, a wife of 20+ years, a homeschooler, an organic gardener, and a wellness advocate. Most importantly though, I am a woman who has grown immensely - physically, mentally, and spiritually - over the years through yoga and other holistic practices.
Susan
“When you love yourself well you can love others better, be more successful and have more abundance and joy in life.” Susan Crews
Instead of succumbing to the exhaustion cycle many successful women experience, Susan decided to make significant lifestyle changes that allowed her to move from depleted to dynamic.
Luz
Originally from Colombia, Luz (RYT-200) came to the US to work as a teacher in NC. For 25 years her path mainly consisted on planning lessons, grading papers, attending meetings and dealing with classroom management issues. Health concerns led her to revisit her journey and she noticed it lacked purpose. So, she started to listen to her voice from within and began to say yes to new adventures and experiences.
