Instead of succumbing to the exhaustion cycle many successful women experience, Susan decided to make significant lifestyle changes that allowed her to move from depleted to dynamic.

She began her transformational journey by becoming a health coach and personal trainer; however, something was still missing.  When she stepped onto a yoga mat and let go of judgement and comparison she realized it was a true connection to herself she was longing for. She learned through movement, breath and meditation you can calm the mind, heal the soul and strengthen the body.

Susan completed her RYT-200 training at Franklin Street Yoga Center and has been spreading her passion through classes, workshops, and retreats since 2015.

Her zest for life is contagious and she's excited to welcome you to her classes.
